Attributes/Powers:For a serial killer ChromeSkull is very well connected. Having multiple warehouses with loyal followers and even an assistant who keeps up his day to day routine/helps bribe the local police into supporting ChromeSkull's activites by pretending to pick up survivors who've escaped from him only to knock them out and bring them to ChromeSkull himself. 

 

ChromeSkull's 'rich' tastes also translate to his butchering tools as well. He usually carries around two hunting knives with knuckle-duster like features built into the handle of them in case any of his victims tries to get into close quarters with him. The mask also isn't just for display and helps protect ChromeSkull's face from his victims beating him in the head as they struggle against him. However, this as of late has turned into a weakness for him as the adhesive he used to keep his mask on was replaced with a different solution which burned his face as the maks was practically branded onto his face. It's still removable whenever ChromeSkull needs to eat and the like but for the most part he tends to keep it on.

 

He also walks around in a very fine suit, yet another indicator that he seems to believe that despite being a brutal serial killer, this doesn't deny him the luxuries of life. This suit also has a special fabric in it that helps defend against slashing/stabbing attacks. For the situtation if one of his victims were to get their hands on his knives and try to use it against him.

 

But the tool that supports ChromeSkull's general motif is that when he comitts a kill, he has a camera strapped to his shoulder to record the footage. Every single second of it from him kidnapping the girl to her waking up in one of his warehouses to being horribly mutiltated. ChromeSkull then sends the tape to the authorites and this helps to root out the cops that refused to take bribes from ChromeSkull's assosicates/helps him figure out who he has to kill to help keep the police on his side.

Personality/History: ChromeSkull tends to be all business and nothing more than that. However, due to his crippling disfigurement thanks to the adhesive usually used to keep his mask on his face being replaced with a much more corrosive substance, he relies on passing on orders to his assistant who then hands them out to his minions herself. He passes these along either on a huge computer monitor or with a simple text.

 

He also keeps a cell phone handy on him whenever he feels some need to taunt his victims before butchering them. So there is a crack in ChromeSkull's serious nature but it's for all the wrong reasons. 

 

As for his history, not much is really known. But wherever Jesse Cromeans came from, he managed to build up quite the 'serial killer empire' with a assistant helping him keep control of his men/keep the police in line, minions who act as extra muscle if ChromeSkull feels it's necessary and the police who are often bribed to help assist with some of ChromeSkull's kills. The kills are then recorded and sent back to the police station to see which police leads the crusade against ChromeSkull. So he'll have a good idea of which police officers to watch out for and who to kill.

 

However, things have taken a rather drastic shift. While pursuing a victim by the name of CiCi, ChromeSkull ended up running into Ghostface or as he's more commonly known 'The Woodsboro Killer' Having years of experience over Ghostface, ChromeSkull quickly overpowered him but did not kill him.

 

For while ChromeSkull normally did not see much use in the insane, being far more troublt than they're worth, something about this killer seemed like he'd worth more alive than just another corpse to throw on the evergrowing pile of ChromeSkull's victims. So it was there the two of them made their partnership and now it seems they're on their way to the Hotel after discovering a portal to said place. How will this turn out..?
